I have successfully obtained permits form over 25 west central Florida jurisdictions. I have a good working relationship with the government officials in the greater Tampa Bay area.

Served as a Building Plans Examiner and reviewed both commercial and residential projects. Due to my efforts and excellent customer service skills I was promoted to interim Satellite Office Manager for the Plant City office of the Hillsborough County Building Department and was later hired as the permanent manager. I helped citizens, contractors, officials, inspectors and plans examiners in resolutions concerning the building code. I along with other county managers help teach the local industry in the Florida Building Code during its inception.
